I was brought in as Head of Content to elevate the quality of content and storytelling. After 8 months I was promoted to Vice President, then promoted again to Creative Director 8 months later. In that time I have built a team of 8 people that I manage.

My role is to provide creative direction across the business (Product & Marketing), to shape the Giraffe360 narrative and brand identity, to increase lead generation through targeted marketing activations, whilst leading a team of creatives, strategists and product marketers to bridge the gap between product and the commercial areas of the business - to successfully communicate the value of our product across all channels.

 
 

Who are Giraffe360?

Giraffe360 is a global proptech company, backed by Founders Fund. The company creates all-in-one property cameras that are easy to use, so agents can capture properties themselves and market them in their own way. At the click of a button, users can create floor plans, virtual tours, photographs, videos, 3D point cloud files and more.

 

Brand, Messaging & Marketing Strategy

I have developed a clearer way of communicating what Giraffe360 does and why it benefits our audience, both on a visual and messaging level. This included putting a comprehensive messaging framework together, identifying the key value propositions for the technology’s different use cases. I have fed this strategy into all of our communications, from digital ads, social and website content, to events and sales enablement.

 

Celebrating Robotics & AI Innovation

As a tech company that is pushing the boundaries of robotics and AI innovation - it was important for me to showcase and celebrate the manufacturing processes that go into making the camera.

 

REALTORS - Telling real stories of inspiring agents

I have developed a more consistent, sophisticated and inspiring Giraffe360 brand, by elevating our creative content with better storytelling and more eye-catching visuals. This has included showcasing product innovations in 3D animation, bringing client experiences to life, as well as honing a more aspirational style across the company, by carefully curating the spaces and stories that we attach to the brand.

 

Presenting Product Releases

Every quarter we package the latest product releases and company updates in a live launch video event. This subsequently forms the basis of cutdown content for lead gen ads and top of the funnel marketing activities. Myself and senior management present these updates to camera.

I have built a marketing strategy for the wider team. This includes targeted digital advertising campaigns. Including videos and static ads that were executed across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Youtube. As well as banner ads and emails.
